This Privacy Policy explains how BamHekTV LLC ("we," "us," "our"), operating thenewnewtestament.org (the "Site"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit the Site, join our list, or purchase The New New Testament.

- Email address (required) — to deliver your digital book, send your download link, and send updates you've opted into.
- Name (optional) — if you choose to provide it.
- Purchase details — edition, quantity, and reciprocity selection (e.g., gifting a copy) at checkout.
- Conversation requests — if you submit the "Request a Conversation," "Answer the Call," or "Partner & Distribution" forms, we collect what you share there (name, email, topic, and message).
Information collected automatically:
- Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and general location (city/region level), collected through standard website analytics, if enabled on the Site.
Payment information:
We do not collect or store your credit card number or full payment details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver your digital copy of The New New Testament by email
- Process your payment through Stripe
- Fulfill reciprocity selections (e.g., releasing a nominated gift copy, or contributing a copy to someone in need)
- Send you occasional updates from Hector, if you opt in — you can unsubscribe at any time
- Respond to conversation, coaching, and partner/distribution requests you submit
- Maintain basic security and prevent fraud or abuse of the Site
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing Your Information
We share information only with the service providers necessary to run the Site and fulfill your order, including:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Our email delivery / list provider (Kit) (to send your download and any updates you opt into)
- Calendly (if you book a call through "Answer the Call")
These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BamHekTV LLC, our users, or others.
Gift and Reciprocity Program
If you nominate someone to receive a gift copy, we will use the information you provide solely to deliver that copy after the stated waiting period. If you contribute a copy to someone unable to afford it, no personal information about the recipient is collected from you, and your contribution is not treated as a tax-deductible donation.
Data Retention
We retain your email and order information for as long as needed to fulfill your purchase, respond to inquiries, maintain business and tax records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see "Your Choices" below), subject to what we're required to retain for legal or accounting purposes.
Your Choices
- Unsubscribe: every email from our list includes an unsubscribe link.
- Access or deletion: you may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request that it be deleted, by contacting us at support@thenewnewtestament.org.
- No account required: we do not require you to create an account to purchase the book, which limits the amount of information we retain about you.
Children's Privacy
The Site and its content are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
