Welcome to thenewnewtestament.org (the "Site"), operated by BamHekTV LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing The New New Testament (the "Book"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase the Book.

1. The Product

The New New Testament is sold as a digital download. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link by email. No physical product is shipped, and no account is required to complete a purchase.

2. License to Use

When you purchase the Book, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download and read it for your own personal use. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly share the digital file itself
- Reproduce, republish, or post the full text of the Book online or elsewhere
- Use the Book's content for commercial purposes without our written permission

Bulk copies purchased for sharing with family, friends, or a community (as offered on the Get the Book page) are intended for direct personal distribution to the named recipients, not for resale.

3. Reciprocity and Gift Program

Purchases may include options to nominate a gift copy for someone else, or contribute a copy to someone unable to afford it (including people who are incarcerated, unhoused, or in recovery). These are voluntary features of how the Book is offered and:
- Are not a tax-deductible donation
- Are fulfilled at our discretion and within the timeframes described at checkout (e.g., a nominated gift copy is released after fourteen days)
- Do not create any additional legal obligation beyond delivering the copies described

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are confirmed at checkout before payment is finalized.

5. Coaching Calls ("Answer the Call")

Scheduling a call through "Answer the Call" is offered as a personal conversation, not a professional or clinical service. Availability is booked through Calendly and may be rescheduled or limited at our discretion.

6. No Professional Advice

The New New Testament reflects the personal experiences, reflections, and perspective of its author. It is offered for personal reading, reflection, and growth. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a crisis or need professional support, please seek help from a qualified provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, and the text of the Book itself, is the property of Hector "BamHek" Lasanta / BamHekTV LLC and is protected by copyright. Except for the personal use rights described above, no part of the Site or the Book may be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Communications

If you provide your email address, you may receive occasional updates from Hector. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in those emails.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BamHekTV LLC and Hector Lasanta are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Book, including but not limited to delivery delays, technical issues, or interpretation of the Book's content.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
