Delivery
The New New Testament is delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed through Stripe, your download link will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout — typically within a few minutes.
If you don't receive your download link:
1. Check your spam or promotions folder
2. Confirm the email address you entered at checkout is correct
3. Contact us at support@thenewnewtestament.org and we'll resend it directly
No account or login is required — the link in your email is all you need.
Refunds
Because The New New Testament is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once the download link has been sent, except in the following cases:
- You were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount)
- You did not receive your download link and we are unable to resolve delivery after being contacted
If you believe you qualify for one of the above, contact us at support@thenewnewtestament.org within 14 days of your purchase. Refund requests are reviewed individually.
Bundles and Bulk Copies
Bulk quantities purchased for sharing (family, friends, or a community) follow the same delivery and refund terms above. If you're purchasing on behalf of an organization or a quantity beyond what's offered directly on the Site, please use the Partner & Distribution form or "Let's talk" link before purchasing.
Gift and Reciprocity Options
- Nominated gift copy: released to the person you name after a fourteen-day waiting period. This portion of your order is non-refundable once the waiting period has been fulfilled and the gift copy delivered.
- Contributed copy: given to someone who cannot afford it (e.g., someone incarcerated, unhoused, or in recovery). This is not a tax-deductible donation and is non-refundable once your purchase is complete, as it supports copies already being distributed.
